& Chattanooga, Tennessee areas.

are open 8:30AM to 5:00PM EST, Monday through
Friday.

What Makes the Pouch
Place Special?

Experience!! Our Enterostomal Nurses
have the training, experience, and background to provide care and support
to our patients as well as other health care providers and facilities. We
offer pre-surgery stoma site marking as well as before and post surgical
teaching and follow-up for all types of ostomies. We provide wound
assessment and staging with individualized care planning (photographic
documentation available). We also provide teaching to patients requiring
intermittent catherization.

Selection!! We offer a wide
selection of the "old" and the "new" and we are happy
to special order if necessary.

Service!! Supplies requested
before 3PM are
usually picked up by Fed Ex the same day. If you wish to pick up your
supplies, call ahead or place your order online and your order will be ready.
We offer insurance claim filing and accept Medicare assignment on many
items.

Support!! Our clinical staff is
available to help solve problems. Most questions can be answered by
phone, but some problems need visual assessment and hands on care. A
clinic visit may be scheduled for a $25 fee. Appointments are required.

Convenience!! To obtain supplies
simply click on the forms page and print off the Enrollment form. This
completed form and copies of both sides of your insurance cards can be
faxed, mailed, or brought to either Pouch Place location.

one of our staff will call to get you enrolled.)
We are open from 8:30am
to 5:00 pm, Monday
through Friday (closed on major holidays). We do need a doctor's
prescription for supplies.
